Building#

• Flui — the platform itself: deployment onto European providers, the manifest format, the app catalog.
• vOps — planning and day-2 operations for plain VPS servers, driven by explicit plans and approvals rather than improvised SSH.
• dymmi — natural language to SQL with a hard constraint: the model sees the schema and never the data.

Writing#

Rebuilding this site as an editorial home rather than a portfolio, and working through a backlog of pieces on infrastructure ownership and on what software looks like when agents are part of the audience.

Reading and thinking about#

Cloud sovereignty as an engineering problem rather than a policy one, the economics of self-hosting, and how much of a system you can still understand end to end.
